Thatch Cay is a small deserted 230 acres island. The island boats of more than 5 miles of outstanding coastline and has a peak of about 500 feet. It is one of the ideal places to be if you want to have a great view of Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and U.S Virgin Islands.
Thatch Cay Island is one and half mile away off the southeastern coast of St. Thomas- just 5 minutes by boat from complete marina facilities. Thatch Cay is one of the last privately owned, undeveloped Islands in the U.S Virgin Islands.
Currently, it is marked as zoned R-1 for residential developments and split into three parcels. The first parcel is on the western section and it comprises of about 57 acres, the second parcel is in the middle section and it comprises of about 57 acres and finally the third parcel is on the eastern section and it comprises of about 115 acres.
